Rainbows Made Easy, in English & French: Join us for a fun TUFTEX TUESDAY session with Sparkle Parties’ Tamara Smargiassi and Maria Cammisano, Laval, Quebec. They’ll demonstrate how to create a super cute balloon rainbow using the compact duplet technique. You’ll learn how to blow up, stack, and shape your balloons, step by step, so they fit seamlessly together for that cute, perfect rainbow look!
